Each party held is 2.5 hours long. The party host will be able to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the party. You can run the party how you like - Most tend to have food 1 hour in so the kids can go back up to game afterwards.

Were based above a coffee shop in Heald Green village - Our kitchen is tiny! This is why we don't cater food for the parties. We encourage our guests to bring their own food and drinks. The most popular option is Domino’s - You could also bring traditional party food such as sandwiches and snacks. Try not over think this part - The kids are always super excited to get back upstairs and we often see a lot get wasted!

Of course! We totally understand. Your best way forward will be to contact the party host who can make the changes to the booking (each party is offered the option of different levels of age restrictions at booking) but if not just speak to our staff on the day and we will work with the host to figure it out.

Bring the food and drinks - We’ve got the basics covered. You get the café downstairs privately for the party. This is where you can set up your food and drinks. We have plates and cutlery, jugs and bin bags you are welcome to use.

You can even buy drinks from us. We will be selling coffee and tea on the day, but you aren’t obliged to use us.

Our insurance allows 20 people upstairs at one time - This is including the supervising adults (1 per 10 children). We could allow up to 18 children in theory, and of course you are welcome to at no extra cost. We say 15 because its a good number to allow everybody something to do.
